   BACK GUARANTIES.  

1. After payment is accepted and verified you will receive your
   report in less than 12 hours from the time you submitted it. If 
   you receive it after 12 hours ALL the information is FREE to you.
   Determining factor would be the time on the sent email on the 
   report to you. Issues arising with your ISP or emailing software
   does not constitue a refund since we have no control over any other
   system but our own.

2. When your report comes back you should review it carefully. Secondly
   you should have the information verified by the reporting jurisdiction,
   or another service. This is standard procedure. If you find in 3 days 
   or less that the information on your subjects "Criminal Record History" 
   (County and Statewide Criminal Records) is incomplete then contact 
   us immediately for a refund. You must provide the service used 
   and the "complete report" so we can verify the validity of the 
   information contained.  The amount refunded will be $17.00 for 
   the criminal record portion of the search.

3. When you are requesting a refund email us at 
   orders@rapsheetinformation.com stating the type of refund you want.
   If you are requesting a refund for the information not being complete,
   you must email us a copy of the report and the serivce who supplied
   you with the information so we can verify it.
